Shipping Information
At RenovateHQ, we work with trusted UK suppliers to deliver carefully selected furniture, lighting, home accessories, garden products and tools directly to your door.
This allows us to offer a wide range of quality products without compromising on service.
Delivery Times
Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days.
Delivery times vary depending on the product and the courier, but most UK mainland deliveries arrive within 3–5 working days.
Larger furniture and pallet deliveries may take slightly longer. Where applicable, the courier will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date.
Delivery Charges
All Deliveries are free, items big or small.
Tracking Your Order
Where tracking is available, you’ll receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched so you can follow its journey.
Some larger furniture deliveries may be arranged directly by the courier and may not include live tracking.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to most mainland UK addresses.
Unfortunately, deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, the Channel Islands and other offshore locations may require an additional delivery charge or may not be available for certain products.
If this applies to your order, we’ll contact you before dispatch to discuss the available options.
Receiving Your Order
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us within 3 working days of delivery and include photographs where possible. This allows us to resolve the issue with our supplier as quickly as possible.
Multiple Deliveries
If your order contains products from different suppliers or warehouses, your items may arrive separately. You won’t be charged additional delivery costs because of split shipments.
